The Holder shall be entitled to subscribe for one new Share for each Warrant during the period commencing 9 November 2021 up to and including 22 November 2021. The Subscription Price is SEK 11.46 corresponding to 70 percent of the average volume-weighted share price according to Nasdaq First North Growth Market’s official price statistics during the period from 25 October 2021 to 5 November 2021.
